PT. Balina Telstrindo was founded in 2000 by Saidilriza Muda and Hasmah Julia who were joined soon afterwards by two other persons. The four pioneers had accumulated extensive experience as senior professionals in multinational general trade and Construction companies. They also had several years of experience as managers in multinational and large Indonesian companies. Their educational background, professional experience and managerial experience enable Balina to provide a wide range of general trade and supply services combining modern management system and full understanding of the Indonesian business and cultural environment.

Balina was established in response to the urgent needs of some enterprises for several services in the General trade & Supply, Telecommunication and Construction industry.
